Achieve your leadership or career goals.
Engage with a Coach in a creative and thought-provoking coaching process that involves assessment, challenge, and support.
ASSESSMENT
The coaching engagement begins with a leadership assessment. Since assessments come in many shapes and sizes, we work together to select the right assessment for you. You may take a leadership instrument and work with your Coach to interpret the results or your Coach may conduct a 360-degree feedback survey with your key stakeholders and share her findings. Either way, you use data from the leadership assessment to define your future leader statement, your current development opportunity, and your goals for the engagement.
CHALLENGE
As the coaching engagement unfolds, your Coach challenges you to identify the limiting beliefs and behaviors that are getting in your way. For example, your Coach can accurately assess your go-to behaviors and ask powerful questions to uncover your assumptions and biases. Your Coach may also dare you to step outside of your comfort zone and experiment with new ways of being in the world. By creating a psychologically safe environment, your Coach will challenge you to be a better leader.
SUPPORT
Throughout the coaching engagement, your Coach supports you in developing new habits and achieving the goals that you have set for yourself. Your Coach actively listens to you and uses techniques like mirroring to help you see and hear what she is experiencing. Your Coach also offers proven strategies and tools to help you address your most pressing challenges. At the conclusion of the engagement, your Coach works with you to take stock of how far you've come and to develop a plan for sustaining the momentum.
